 What we think about is a preview of what's to come. I honestly believe that the mind is that powerful. This is a feeling universe. We create not only what we think about - we create what we feel.         If we spend a majority of our time feeling anxious, worried, sick and afraid, we will create more of this. Alternatively, if we spend our time in feelings of gratitude, love, health and joy, this is the reality we will create. Lately I've been thinking about the beach. I imagine immersing my body in the electric ocean waters for a body/soul cleansing. A realignment of sorts. Gathering sand, shells, sea glass, even tiny little bits of plastic made smooth by the ocean waves, and infusing them into my paintings. I feel so much gratitude and joy for the privilege and the opportunity to use the environment as my co-creator. Although I am unable go there physically at the moment, this does not mean I can't go there at all. I can! In my mind's eye I can go anywhere. My paintings are a representation of my dreams.
