Commissions

Commissioning a painting is an invitation to collaborate on a one-of-a-kind artwork that resonates with your story, space, and spirit. Together, we create a piece that feels deeply personal — an extension of both your vision and my artistic practice.

The Process

We begin with a thoughtful conversation. I invite you to share ideas around color, mood, scale, and emotional tone. Reference images of your space, existing art, fabric swatches, or architectural details are especially helpful. Many clients choose one to three of my existing works as a starting point, allowing me to reinterpret their essence in a fresh way.

For a more intimate connection, you may include meaningful materials — sand from a favorite beach, soil from a significant location, or other small elements that carry personal history. These become woven into the layered, textural relief surfaces characteristic of my work.

Throughout the process, I provide regular progress updates with photos and opportunities for your feedback. The work remains a dialogue until you grant final approval.

Memorial Paintings

I offer a sacred option to incorporate cremated remains into a painting as a way to honor and remember a loved one. This transformative process turns loss into a lasting, tangible expression of love and legacy. You guide the size, palette, and degree of inclusion, creating a quiet, powerful tribute.

Investment & Timeline

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your commission, with the balance due upon completion and your approval. Commissions typically take 3–6 weeks, depending on size and complexity. Shipping, crating, and installation are arranged separately.

Ready to Begin?

I welcome every inquiry and conversation. Whether you seek a piece for your home, a healing space, or a meaningful memorial, I look forward to exploring what wants to emerge.
