At the beginning of February, I taught a sold out workshop at the Sonoma Community Center. The workshop was a huge success, so I was asked to come back and teach a second workshop. I was more than happy to do so. I found Sonoma extremely welcoming, full of smiles, friendship, gratitude, stunning vistas, delicious foods and an abundance of locally grown wines to enjoy.
As a result of the smaller class size (and each participant's willingness to be vulnerable), we were able to reach a level of intimacy I seldom see happen in a 2-day workshop. We spoke about our fears, what keeps us stuck, and encouraged each other to let go of paradigms that no longer serve us. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to make this experience a success. I am deeply grateful. xx
