I am grateful for Arts Benicia for hosting a Sold Out 2-day Fearless Abstract Painting Workshop and the participants who contributed to making this event a memorable success. This blog was created to share my belief that the art-making process is a catalyst for transformation and personal empowerment. I am living proof.
