In this engaging and transformative workshop, participants step away from desks and into a hands-on experience with fearless abstract painting. Guided by Samantha da Silva, teams explore intuitive mark-making, color, texture, and layered expression using rollers, generous paint application, and mixed media. The process mirrors the qualities that build strong teams: risk-taking, adaptability, letting go of perfectionism, and embracing diverse perspectives.
Through guided prompts, playful exercises, and reflective conversation, colleagues connect on a more human level — sparking laughter, vulnerability, and genuine appreciation for one another’s unique contributions. Each person leaves with their own original abstract artwork and often a renewed sense of creative confidence.
Ideal for company offsites, leadership development, team retreats, quarterly bonding, or wellness initiatives.
What’s Included
• All premium art supplies (large canvases, acrylic paints, rollers, brushes, texture mediums, aprons, etc.)
• Full facilitation with warm-ups, creative prompts, and process guidance

• Complete setup and cleanup
• Digital photo gallery of all finished works
• Take-home original painting for each participant
Duration
2.5 – 3 hours (flexible to fit your schedule)
Most companies choose the 2.5-hour format to align well with workdays, lunch sessions, or full offsite agendas.

Minimum: 8 participants
Larger groups (25+) can be accommodated with adjusted logistics — please inquire for custom options.
Investment
$75 per participant (all supplies and facilitation included)
• Minimum group fee: $600 (for groups of 8 or fewer)
• Additional participants: $75 each
Examples:
• 10 participants = $750
• 15 participants = $1,125
• 20 participants = $1,500
On-site travel & setup fee (Salt Lake City area and beyond): $150–$250 (quoted upfront based on location and requirements).
