I fell in love with the color Sepia years ago. Ah Sepia! How I love thee. Within you resides the power to make all things better. But beware, for all Sepia's are not created equally.
When I found myself all out of my favorite product (Sepia by De Vinci), I picked up a Sepia by Golden for convenience. I was amazed by the difference.
Not only are they completely different colors (Da Vinci's is darker & Golden's is brighter), but the consistency and sheen are also factors.
Da Vinci's is thicker, shinier. Golden's feels like it has been watered down and does not have the same gloss factors as it's competitor. I suggest you try both and see which one you like the best. I'll stick to my old time favorite.
This blog was created to share my belief that the art-making process is a catalyst for transformation and
I am living proof.
