But I suppose I am a little bit biased.
It just so happens to be the neighborhood I live in and instead of having to drive around for 45 minutes to find parking, I walked. Instead of meeting up with a big group, I went by myself. Instead of arriving hungry, I ate before I left home.
And last but not least, because I did not look for parking, met up with a big group or arrive hungry, I was able to take the time to sit in a free meditation circle offered by Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Oh my. So good. Totally unexpected. Isn't it wonderful what you open yourself up to when you don't show up with an entourage?
This blog was created to share my belief that the art-making process is a catalyst for transformation and
I am living proof.
