From Santa Fe to India: My Artistic Journey with 'Tantra Song'

​I Came to Santa Fe and Discovered India!

I’m thrilled to share “Tantra Song,” a collection of small works born from my artist residency in Santa Fe, New Mexico, this winter. 

These pieces were inspired by the transformative book Tantra Song by Franck André Jamme, which features abstract illustrations derived from the Kama Sutra, all aimed at awakening heightened states of consciousness. 

Each artwork incorporates local red soil and newspaper, lovingly cured by the sun, wind, and earth, capturing the very essence of this magical landscape. The expansive skies, stunning sunrises, and vibrant ocher palettes, along with the area’s rich history and thriving art community, have infused me with a profound sense of unrestrained freedom.
