On Saturday morning, I lead a walking tour of 7 art galleries on Calgary's famous gallery row. The gold metal for service, friendliness and a captivating explanation about the exhibitions on display goes to Jarvis Hall Fine Art. We were all educated & inspired. Goodness we even learned about fine framing!
Our itinerary turned out to be longer than we expected: Webster Galleries, Paul Kuhn Gallery, Latitude Art Gallery, Peridot, Gibson Fine Art, Gerry Thomas Art Gallery, Jarvis Hall Fine Art & Herringer Kiss Art Gallery.
A big thanks to everyone who attended & helped to make our experience a positive one.
I can't begin to tell you how good this was for me and how much fun I had. In fact, I had so much fun that I'm looking forward to doing this again in the Spring. Want to be the first to heart about it? Sign up for my newsletter on my CONTACT page.
This blog was created to share my belief that the art making process can be a vehicle for empowerment.
I am living proof.
