In a grief class ritual, I lay as living canvas while community painted affirmations—“I am worthy”—across my skin. Each stroke released fear and silence. Practically interactive and ephemeral; metaphorically, it confronts immigrant invisibility, embracing vulnerability to reclaim belonging through shared art and communal affirmation.
