I dream of New York, Paris and Barcelona. Instead, I get a 5-hour ATV ride in roughed Montana. And you know what? Life is beautiful. So wherever you are, embrace it and go out of your way to enjoy it.
It was cold and extremely crowded with other tourists. I carried my little niece in an effort to keep warm. But Oh! What beauty! Everywhere I looked was a stunning abstract painting made by mother nature.
Now is the time. Sign up for my upcoming Fearless Abstract Painting Classes. For a complete listing of upcoming events, check out the schedule bellow:
Warning bells? Check. Bear spray? Check. Rain jacket? No. Proper bike shoes? Also a no. But just because I don’t have the right apparel (I am on vacation remember?) it does not mean that I will not jump at the opportunity to go bike riding in gorgeous Montana.

On Friday, August 15 West Yellowstone News published my first international press release.
Announcing a brand new partnership: daSilva Fine art is now available for purchase at the Homeroom at Madison Crossing in West Yellowstone, Montana.
The last time I was on a horse I was thirteen-years old. This time I wore pig tails.
More often than not, the way others see us is not the way we see ourselves. My little niece painted a picture of me in my "rainbow dress" and one yellow shoe. I thought she was going to put me in a black dress for sure.
This blog was created to share my belief that the art making process can be a vehicle for empowerment.
I am living proof.
