There are no seashells to gather along these shores. Only dry bones, bleached stark white by the scorching sun. I haven't travelled much, but I have travelled. I guess it all depends on who you compare yourself to. Antelope Island is truly one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. Aside from it's sprawling beauty, there is an energy here that is hard to describe. Suffice it to say that for me, this is a spiritual place.
My largest commission to date (8.5 feet by 10 feet) has been stretched and delivered! This means I can finally share with you what has consumed my thoughts (and my studio) for the past few months. These photos were taken on the day I signed the painting, and saw my work stretched on a frame for the first time. My happiness is obvious don't you agree?
Our actions are a lot like pebbles dropped into a pond. They create a ripple effect, and they have the power to influence and transform lives. I believe that we have the power, and the responsibility to live in tune with our life's purpose, so that we can be a force for good, and help change the world for the better.
