A year wandering sacred lands—Hawai’i’s volcanic fire, Mexico’s ancient pulse, Thailand’s humid breath, Korea’s quiet mountains—taught me to listen as the planet spoke: wind, wave, and stone in chorus.
Each piece is a visual hymn to transformation: raw emotion channeled without filter. Pain becomes texture. Joy erupts as color. Doubt dissolves in bold gesture. Canvases floated on the Great Salt Lake and untamed rivers, sun-baked, wind-seeded with dust and salt, locally forged pigments pulsing beneath my hands—honoring Utah’s ground that now roots me after years of displacement.
