You will be introduced to historical and contemporary examples and approaches to abstraction with emphasis on the materials used, the process, and the impact of the relationship between form and content. Acrylic paint will be the medium used as it is flexible and has a quick drying time.

You have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of painting; now continue working with acrylic paints in a studio setting as you focus on painting subject matter of your choice.
Your instructor will work with you individually to help you discover your own style as you broaden your knowledge of composition and the art fundamentals. There will be individual and group critiques on a weekly basis.

Private Art Instruction
$75 for the first hour
$55 second hour
$45 each subsequent hour per session
A minimum of 2 hours per session is suggested. All sessions take place at Samantha's Art Central Studio. For more information please contact the instructor.
